Be Clean!

I've finally got around to making some much needed changes in our bathroom. Mind you, they are small changes, but I believe they made a big impact.

I'll show before and after pictures(I can't ever get very good pictures of this bathroom, soooo be patient!)...

Before...Notice the border along the top, it is not longer there!! Also notice the lace shower curtain...no more!!...

After...

After...It's amazing what a little painter's tape, gold paint "washed on" and black upholstery tacks can do!!

After...Everything is exactly the same, EXCEPT I spray painted the shelf black and sanded the edges. You can't expect me to get rid of all my Primitive touches!! ;-)

Small touches in the room...
My OGT, reminding me to look for one good thing each day!...

My little touch of Christmas that I leave up year round...

My reminder of the many angels in my life...

The changes I made in the bathroom have made a HUGE change in the way the room now feels!! It's much more open without the border around the top of the room, the accessories have been simplified and the simple shower curtain is so refreshing.

See how easy it is to change the look and feel of a room with some creativity and a little paint?
